Monte Belvedere Hotel By Shiadu – Hotel near airport in Lisbon

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a super view over Lisbon, but they were very noisy due to the storage area nearby for chairs and tables. The service was excellent overall, with staff going out of their way to assist, though there was some resistance to deducting charges. The location was nice enough, more suited for backpackers, and had easy access to the city and the river. The dining was delightful with a variety of options and a rooftop restaurant offering stunning views, yet the overall atmosphere felt more aimed at residents than tourists.

The hotel had spacious and warm rooms with a comfortable bed, making our stay delightful. The breakfast and nighttime view from the dining room were highlights, despite being located on the ground floor. Great value for money overall.

My stay at this hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were nice, clean, and spacious, serving a fabulous breakfast with great variety and amazing views over Lisbon. The location was fantastic, just below the roof deck, with easy access to all parts of town and close to vibrant spots like Barrio Alto. The service was excellent, with friendly and accommodating staff always ready to assist. The dining experience was great, especially with the delicious eggs cooked to order and the fantastic spread in the rooftop bar. Overall, a fantastic experience worth every penny!

I stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The rooms were very clean and functionally furnished, equipped with a complimentary coffee/tea machine. However, being located in the basement under the kitchen of the restaurant made it very noisy until late at night and starting early in the morning. The service was friendly and helped me check in earlier, but the noise disrupted my stay. The location was perfect for access to the metro and tram, but the noise from the restaurant was a drawback. The dining experience offered generous options, including made-to-order dishes, but was limited at certain times. Overall, a decent stay with some noise disturbances.

Staying at the hotel had its ups and downs for sure. The rooms were beautiful, but unfortunately, mine was located in the basement under the kitchen of the restaurant, making it incredibly noisy late at night and early in the morning. However, the service was incredibly nice despite having to negotiate to deduct a charge. The location was perfect, close to transportation and offering amazing views. The dining experience was incredible with a variety of delicious items. Just wish the noise level in the room was better managed.
